Hawley, PA – The Chamber of the Northern Poconos is pleased to welcome ElmTree Wellness Center during their ribbon cutting and grand opening held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Gresham’s Landing, Lake Wallenpaupack.
ElmTree was founded by Susan Pasquini, MPT, with the goal of collaborating with like-minded people to create an environment where the patient truly comes first. This includes having one-on-one treatment, having therapists that are easily accessible, and treating everyone with respect. Services Available include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aromatherapy, Walking Groups, and Healthy Choice classes.
A little about the Owner/President:
Susan received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from West Chester University and Masters of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Upon graduating, she worked in a women’s health clinic, followed by a cancer focused hospital and began specializing in treating women specific conditions including treating SI dysfunction in the maternity, postpartum population, and post-surgical care for breast augmentation, reconstruction, and post mastectomy procedures.
?Sue is certified for Direct Access in the state of Pennsylvania. She has completed post graduate coursework in Oncology, Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial therapy and is currently pursuing a specialization in the Certified Integrative Manual Therapy approach.
Originally from NEPA, Susan now lives in the area with her husband Joe and three children, Ellie, Luca, and Marco. They love the Flyers, hiking for waterfalls, and going on adventures.
