- If you purchased your tickets online via Ticketmaster, they will contact you and issue a refund automatically via the same method in which you purchased, including all fees (except UPS and retail pickup fees).
- If you purchased your tickets in person at the Mohegan Sun Pocono Box Office, bring the tickets to the Box Office with your receipt in order to obtain your refund. Box Office hours are Sunday through Thursday, 6:00am to 10:00pm and Friday and Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00am. (If you do not have your receipt, you may still bring your tickets to the box office to obtain a refund.)
