It is with great enthusiasm that Robert P. Ludgate and Yarrow A. Wilkins announce their newest venture in the real estate industry, Key Realty Property Management. Key Realty Property Management is a full service property management company servicing the northeastern corridor of PA and will manage homeowner associations, single-family homes, investment properties and condominium associations.
Ludgate has been in the real estate business since 1980 owning the very successful Pocono Resorts Realty in Lake Harmony since 1984. Ludgate has been involved with all facets of real estate including commercial real estate, land development, owning a modular home business, developing proprietary vacation rental software, and managing hundreds of vacation homes.
Wilkins has been involved in real estate for more than 20 years, coming from a real estate family. Wilkins worked at a family owned real estate business starting at ground level and working her way up to president. Wilkins has been involved in property management for more than a decade handling all facets of property management. “Helping others maintain the integrity and beauty of their homes and homeowner associations is a big responsibility and one that should not be taken lightly.
