From mountaintop views to family-style meals, dining adventures await guests at Camelback

Tannersville, Pa. (May 25, 2018) – Camelback Resort, the Poconos’ premier adventure destination, announced three new restaurants opening on the property in the coming months. The new dining experiences include a mountaintop restaurant and wedding reception venue, an Italian family-style restaurant, and a pizzeria. Open to area residents, the on-site eateries at Camelback satisfy adventure-seekers and foodies alike.

“From skiing to ziplining, our guests have a variety of interests and tastes. By opening these three unique new restaurants, we hope to satisfy the palate of everyone who visits Camelback,” said Ame Cameron, VP of Sales & Marketing at Camelback Resort. “People come to Camelback for adventure and we believe their dining experience shouldn’t be any different.”

Tales of epic adventure can be exchanged over scrumptious dishes at the new Camelback restaurants, which include:

Graffiti Pizza

Every expedition requires a good refueling. Adventurers craving New York-style pizza and traditional amusement park fare will find delicious menu items at Graffiti Pizza. As its name implies, the themed eatery will have walls adorned with graffiti drawings, spray cans as table numbers, and a chalkboard wall for its visitors to leave their mark at Camelback. Graffiti Pizza is open for lunch and dinner.

Kartrite Summit House

Inspired by the adventures of fictitious legendary explorer, Kartrite Van Der Berris, this mountaintop restaurant features one-of-a-kind architectural designs. Open for lunch and dinner, Kartrite Summit House’s mouthwatering menu items includes tapas, or small plates, as well as a selection of beer, wine, and chef-inspired cocktails.

Accessible year around by skis or by car, Kartrite Summit House patrons can enjoy delicious fare while overlooking Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. This unique view has also served as a breathtaking location for amorous couples looking to say, “I do.” Kartrite Summit House will provide brides and grooms with an on-site reception venue to complement their mountaintop ceremony. Berrelli’s Italian Kitchen

Named after Camelback Resort founders Arthur Berry, III and Ken Ellis, this family-style restaurant will offer authentic Italian fare. Signature dishes include Sausage & Stuffed Fontina, Grass-fed Beef Ragu and Jumbo Lump Crab Pappardelle.  Upon opening, Berrelli’s will offer a selection of lunch and dinner items.

After a fun day in the water at Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark or Camelbeach, guests can choose from a broad range of seafood items at the maritime-themed Neptunes or enjoy Hemispheres, a buffet-style restaurant that provides a family atmosphere with a fireplace and action-cooking stations. Trails End Pub & Grille serves up a gastropub-style menu and offers thirst-quenching cocktails and an eclectic beer and wine selection.
