Tannersville, PA — Realtor® Joseph Kargol, a member of the sales team with WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Acclaim, has been named Caravan Coordinator for the Tannersville company. The appointment, according to Executive Vice President Michelle Cappabianca, is part of the agency’s Frontline Staff program, which “puts our versatile agents’ talents to use in serving the company– and therefore, better serving our clients,” she said.

The job of the Caravan Coordinator is to create a pool of realtors that can more rapidly and efficiently provide assistance to clients though their first-hand familiarity with properties in the marketplace. Feedback from the caravan benefits sellers with constructive and informative ways to make their homes more marketable in today’s home selling market, while the advantage for the company’s buyer representatives is being able to tell buyers what’s available by previewing homes in advance.

Kargol choreographs the caravans (“motorcades”) throughout the communities that will expose agents to homes for sale by the Weichert agency. “Joseph’s love for the Poconos and his drive to sell everyone in the world on how wonderful it is to live here, more than qualify him to plan the property review trips for our agents,” Cappabianca said. Kargol has been in real estate for two and a half years, one year with the Weichert® agency. He resides in Middle Smithfield. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Lebanon Valley College and a doctorate of chemistry from
