Guests at Chevys Fresh Mex can enjoy an all-day happier hour with $2 House Margaritas, on the rocks or frozen. Chevys’ Original House Margarita is made with premium gold tequila, triple sec, sweet & sour and fresh-squeezed lime juice. Pair with fresh guac prepared tableside, or another of Chevys’ fresh mex favorites, to take your mind to a tropical paradise with each taste of this summertime staple.
Fresh New Flavors
Chevys’ new dishes join a lineup of recipes incorporating fresh, top-quality ingredients to create a fiesta of flavors for all to enjoy in a casual but energized atmosphere, and include:
· Chili – Chevys’ housemade slow-cooked chili with ground beef and pinto beans, topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
· Baja Sampler – Pan-seared Fish Taco, Shrimp and Blue Crab Enchilada and two Grilled Shrimp Skewers, served with Baja white rice, salsa verde and roasted corn salsa.
· MEXiCali Chicken – Grilled chicken breast smothered in a chile pesto cream sauce topped with fresh pico de gallo, melted mixed cheese and tortilla strips, served with rice, corn tomalito and choice of beans.
