Whether hoping to find a fresh start, a better job, or a new career direction, job seekers will find a wealth of exciting opportunities at this free job fair. A variety of employers including for-profit, government, and non-profit organizations will be available to meet with job seekers regarding full-time and part-time employment opportunities for immediate openings in a wide range of fields. We will have recruiter booths for each company where they can meet with walk-up candidates that day.
Himalayan Institute Job Fair

The Himalayan Institute Job Fair will bring together local businesses and our community’s skilled workforce to help businesses grow and positively impact Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Job Fair is on May 11th 2016 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Himalayan Institute located at 952 Bethany Turnpike, Honesdale PA 18431.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet prospective employers that are hiring, obtain career information, establish contacts through networking as well as identify career and employment opportunities.
The Wayne County Employment and Training Center will also be on hand to assist all job seekers with resources regarding employment, unemployment compensation, job search, training, and other work-related issues.
The Wayne County Library will be sharing valuable information that is available both at the libraries and online. Resources include: Books, DVDs, and computer sources that are available to explore careers, find training, resume building, skill development, application completion and interviewing tips.
