(East Stroudsburg) The Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund is partnering with the Musicology Band for this new event, “Rock for Strength.” The event is being held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, at the Stroudsburg Quality Inn, 1220 W. Main Street, Stroudsburg, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Music by Musicology, a great rock band which covers the music of the 60’s through the 90’s, are high energy and highly entertaining! There will be lots of dancing, a signature drink, raffle and more. As fans of the late, great Prince, the band has donated an original autographed photo of their idol which will be raffled at 10:00 p.m.
Tickets are $10.00 each which can be purchased in advance or at the door. Enjoy a night out with your friends while supporting breast cancer patients. Also special room rate of $79 (double occupancy) is available by calling Stroudsburg Quality Inn, 570-420-1000.
All proceeds benefit the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund helping to minimize the financial and emotional impact of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Fund provides male and female breast cancer patients of the Dale and Francis Hughes Cancer Center at Pocono Medical Center assistance with their basic living expenses.
