We at Appek are looking for a mobile developer with Android and/or iOS experience. Hires will
be responsible for the development of mobile apps for clients along with in-house projects. You
must be able to work independently and with a team.
Requirements:
• Strong Android or iOS Development background
• Restful API and HTTP Request/Response experience
• Ability to write HTML/CSS3 effectively
• Basic Interface layout and design knowledge (readability, use of whitespace, etc)
• Be competent and efficient in using OS X Lion or newer. (Mavericks)
• Able to communicate clearly, work towards the goal, and learn from others
• Ability to explain code, syntax, and logic without reference
Ideal:
• Personal projects (Apps, Websites) showing initiative
• Experience with Android Studio Tools
• Working Swift Language knowledge
• Skilled use of responsive layout design for iOS and Android (Constraints)
• AS Degree in CS/CIS or similar professional experience
• Versioning software experience (Git, SVN) (Open source Github projects are a plus!)
