    This year’s Blue Mountain Health System Charity Auction Fundraiser/Carbon County Ski Night will be held on March 4, 2017 at the beautiful facilities of the Blue Mountain Resort. We’ll be hosting a basket raffle and silent and live auctions in the “Vista Ballroom” at the Summit Lodge. Doors open at 4 p.m., live music starts at 7 p.m. There will be food and beverages available throughout the facility for purchase all night long. Here’s the exciting part; the folk at the Blue Mountain Resort have once again generously agreed to donate all of their lift ticket proceeds sold during their 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. session back to the health system!


    BECOME A CASH SPONSOR: To encourage your participation as a Gold or Silver cash sponsor we’ve created incentive packages which are described in the solicitation forms attached. Both sponsor packages include free lift tickets & food/beverage gift cards. The evening lift ticket, normally valued at $35.00 each, will be offered at $10.00 to all of your employees and up to 10 of their guests. We would respectfully request the Gold sponsorship level for employers who have 100 or more employees. Members of the Carbon Chamber and Economic Development Corporation or the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce will also be eligible for a discounted sponsorship rate.”

    BECOME AN ITEM OR SERVICE DONORS: We’ve also created incentive packages to encourage your participation as an in-kind item or service certificate donor. If you or your organization is interested in donating an item, gift basket or professional service for the auctions, please complete the reverse side of the solicitation form attached. The generosity of individuals and local businesses like you, are what allows this event be so successful. This year we are requesting that your in-kind item(s) donation with a estimated value of at least $50.

    All proceeds from the Auction as well as from our other fundraisers go to support the health system’s charitable missions. These include free and reduced healthcare for the un and underinsured, our community education programs, the Healthy Smiles Happy Kids dental van, the Kids Zone at BMHS and various capital improvement projects currently underway at The Summit at Blue Mountain as well as both of Blue Mountain Hospital campuses.
