Firth Youth Center on September 7. In honor of its Pohatcong location’s second anniversary, the restaurant donated 10 percent of its anniversary day sales to the Joseph H. Firth Youth Center in Phillipsburg, as a way to say “Thank-Q” for its services to the local community.
