Quaker Steak & Lube Celebrates Turning Two by Raising Funds for Joseph H. Firth Youth Center

Representatives from Quaker Steak & Lube – the award-winning casual-dining concept known for its Best Wings USA and more than 25 signature sauces – present a check for $900 to Joseph H. Firth Youth Center on September 7. In honor of its Pohatcong location’s second anniversary, the restaurant donated 10 percent of its anniversary day sales to the Joseph H. Firth Youth Center in Phillipsburg, as a way to say “Thank-Q” for its services to the local community. The non-profit organization that serves as a home to many local sports organizations’ games and events, and is dedicated to providing local youth with every opportunity they deserve –
