Attorney Michael Parker receives Certificate of Recognition from Pike County Bar Association

Milford, PA – Pike County Bar Association President Elizabeth A. Erickson Kameen, Esq. and PBCA officers James Baron, Esq., Treasurer and Kelly Gaughan, Esq., Secretary, award Attorney Michael Parker for his presentation on Social Security Disability claims at a recent PCBA Continuing Legal Education Program held the historic Hotel Fauchere in Milford, PA.  Attorney Parker donated his time in order to present this valuable and educational seminar.

Attorney Michael Parker, a Board Certified Social Security Trial Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialties, presented a seminar entitled the Beginner’s Guide to Social Security Disability Claims.  The seminar focused on the legal standard that the Social Security Administration uses to determine whether an individual is disabled.  Attorney Parker also shared interesting anecdotes of his numerous years representing Claimant’s before the Social Security Administration.  He also shared techniques for success before the Social Security Administration.  Attorney Michael Parker is with the law firm of Abrahamsen, Conaboy and Abrahamsen, P.C. with office locations in Milford, Scranton, Stroudsburg, Tunkhannock, Mount Pocono and Lords Valley.
