Eastburg Community Alliance Launches Brown Bag Business Lunch Series.

First session to focus on Dansbury Depot Relocation and Restoration Project.

East Stroudsburg, PA – The Eastburg Community Alliance is launching its Brown Bag Business Series on Wednesday, October 6th from noon-1pm at the Pocono Community Theater located at 88 S. Courtland Street in East Stroudsburg.

BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) we’ll provide the refreshments! All Pocono residents are invited to attend this public event, where you will meet local business owners, learn about ECA’s current projects and proposals and engage in interactive discussions on current community issues.

Our first session will focus on the East Stroudsburg Station (Dansbury Depot) Relocation and Restoration Project, as part of a larger discussion on the role of historic preservation in Eastburg. Learn how you can participate in the Depot project and others and make a real difference in your community!

Future Brown Bag Business forums will also meet for breakfast and include presentations from the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg University, other area non-profits, as well as local and regional entrepreneurs and political leaders.

This is the place to learn, network, and be heard! By encouraging open communication and community dialogue on relevant issues, this series aspires to strengthen our community one lunch at a time!

While this event is free to ECA members and open to the public, suggested donations of $5 or more are encouraged from non-ECA members to help fund this series as well as ECA’s valuable work for the community.
