Pike County EDA Seeking Local Commercial Properties

0

Milford, PA – Pike County Economic Development Authority urges realtors and commercial property owners to ensure that available commercial properties are in the EDA’s database to gain additional market exposure.  The EDA is nearly finished with a fantastic new website that includes high-tech available property features.  These features include the capacity to delineate the property on an aerial map and include a photo as well as a weblink.

At this time, properties can be submitted for marketing by the EDA at no cost to the realtor or property owner.  EDA staff members can add a commercial property with a few simple details.  When the website is complete, announcements will be sent to commercial realtors and site selection consultants from Boston to Washington DC, exposing these properties to potential buyers and new markets.

The EDA selected marketing firm KKPR of Milford to design the website and GIS Planning for the properties feature.  GIS Planning was chosen by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to provide a similar feature for the state’s PASiteSearch website launched earlier this year.  Due to the partnership of GIS Planning, the EDA and the Commonwealth, properties submitted to the EDA will also gain valuable exposure through PaSiteSearch.
