“Finding Common Ground: Balancing The Physical, Economic & Regulatory Environments” will be the topic presented at the Urban Land Institute’s Pocono Northeast Satellite to be held on June 3 at East Stroudsburg University from 8:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. A panel comprised of experts in economic development, transportation, building and construction, and engineering will discuss the interaction and cooperation needed between the regulatory agencies, the representative government and the economic engines and working together to bolster economic development.
