Registration is now open for Northampton Community College’s first Allied Health and Nursing Conference, to be held October 11-12, 2010, at the Fowler Family Southside Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The two-day conference will provide continuing education and networking opportunities for allied health professionals. Attendees will be able to select from 23 different workshops from three tracks: leadership and management, clinical education and technology. The first day’s keynote speaker, Jennifer Graney, RN, BSN, CLNC, and founder and president of JCG Medical-Legal Consulting, will talk about legal documentation. On the second day, co-directors of NCC’s Leadership Development Institute Donna Goss and Don Robertson will speak about powerful communication.

Northampton Community College is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The conference is applicable for PSNA contact hours
