Diane Rice of National Penn Bank Promoted to Vice President

Boyertown, PA – National Penn Bancshares announced today that Diane Rice, Quakertown-Richland branch manager, has been promoted to vice president.

“Diane is a very talented and dedicated long term employee of National Penn Bank,” said Gail Eister, senior vice president and retail banking director, Eastern Region. “Her knowledge and vast experience will continue to benefit both our new and existing customers.”

Rice, who has been with the Quakertown-Richland branch for nearly 15 years, began her career at National Penn Bank as a teller.

As office manager, Rice leads the branch staff to achieve superior customer service goals and manages day-to-day operations. She also leads and directs promotional campaigns, service and business development, and community activities.

Rice is president of the Upper Bucks Sertoma Club and treasurer of Quakertown Business Networking Group. She resides in Hellertown, Pa.
