JNESO Contract Ratified

Pocono Medical CenterEast Stroudsburg, PA — Pocono Medical Center (PMC) and JNESO, the union representing Registered Nurses at the hospital, announced today that the tentative agreement on the contract that covers approximately 500 nurses at PMC has been ratified.

A tentative agreement on the contract had been reached on January 28, 2015.  The new contract will take effect February 1, 2015 and extend through January 31, 2018.

“We have reached an agreement that is fair and in the best interests of our patients, employees and community,” said Geoffrey Roche, Hospital spokesman.
