Soudsburg, PA – The Leadership Pocono Class of 2013 held its first class Wednesday, October 17th at Pocono Medical Center. The session was conducted by Marianne Chester & Tom Rhiel of mEnterprise Solutions. They presented on understanding innovation and how it may be useful in developing solutions and recommendations for Community Projects, and identifying and understanding key components of project management by clarifying goals and coordinating outcomes.
The class expectations were met. A few quotes from the class on the day: “The presenters were dynamic and really ignited my desire to give back to the community.” Jennifer Kelleher. “Outstanding! Both Tom and Marianne set the tone for the day and tapped into the learning and development needs of all levels of leadership. This was a very productive day.” Donna DePompeis Class members also met their mentors and began to build that relationship.
