Plans for Liquid’s Halloween Celebration Include Live Music, Halloween Themed Drink and Menu Specials, Costume Contest and More.
Stroudsburg, PA – All weekend long, Liquid Restaurant & Bar will be celebrating Halloween in truly stylish fashion. Liquid has created an amazing line-up of events for Halloween weekend including live entertainment, amazing food and cocktails, and many surprises.
Halloween themed activities usher in the weekend on Friday night, when the Liquid staff dons their costumes and offers up two menu and two cocktail specials that showcase an amazing amount of ghoulish creativity. Enjoy an evening libation of either a Bleeding Heart martini, concocted with Stoli Vodka and a speared pickled beet or the Eerie Eyeball Martini, made with vodka, sake, and a splash of lychee juice with a lychee garnish.
To satiate your hunger, partake in Liquid’s horror themed menu additions. There are Maggot Infested Bloody Eyeballs, a dish which is actually seared scallops over pumpkin risotto drizzled with cranberry puree, or the spectacularly conceptualized dish of Snake Torn Human Flesh, comprised of sushi grade tuna layered with cucumber, avocado, fried seaweed, and mango coulis.

There is live entertainment both Friday and Saturday evening. On Friday the Pocono Duo will be performing at 9 pm and on Saturday, The Naked Soul Band will be on hand starting at 9 pm. There is no cover charge either evening and while costumes aren’t required, they are certainly recommended, particularly Saturday evening when Liquid will hold their Halloween Costume Contest.
