ArtPop Pocono 2016 Winners Announced

Stroudsburg – The winners in the 2016 Class of ArtPop Pocono were decided on October 7.  Ninety-three images were submitted to this year’s competition making the selection of the five winning designs very difficult.  The winning designs were created by: Peter Ambush, Stroudsburg; Stephen Kruger, Cresco; Kayla O’Connor, Henryville; Ellen Silberlicht, Honesdale; and Jill Swersie, Scotrun.  ArtPop’s mission is to promote local artists’ work through available media space.  These five designs will be converted into billboard images that will travel throughout the Adams Outdoor NEPA market area over the next year.  An artists’ reception is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 4:30-6:00 pm, at the Adams Outdoor office located at 6053 Route 209, Stroudsburg.
