Devereux Pocono Center receives $2,000 under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)

Waste Management contributed $2,000 to Devereux Pocono Center under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC).  The funds will be used to enhance Devereux’s School to Work Transition program for students with developmental disabilities.  The School to Work Transition program provides a bridge from the academic arena to a successful independent living and work experience.

Devereux Pocono Center’s community based programs and services assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental health disorders, and challenging behaviors.  Devereux Pocono Center serves children, adolescents, and adults.  For more information call 570-676-4118.
