Pedone’s Heavy Hitters has made quite a name for itself since its inception in 2002. The amateur boxing gym has produced a number of Golden Gloves Champions and has also been a home to thousands of teenagers and kids alike.
Stroudsburg, PA – This just announced: Pedone’s Heavy Hitters is set to re-open on December 3, 2011. The new location will be on 1410 Spruce St. Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The location will provide a private training facility for men, women, and children. The focus of the new space will be on personal boxing training and catering to smaller more individualized classes.
“We are so excited to open the doors of the gym and this time we will be here for a long time! I have learned so much of what not to do in my 9 plus years in operation,” says founder and head trainer Brian Pedone. “The teenager program will still be the heart of the gym as we have had such great success in producing upstanding young men and women.”
Pedone’s Heavy Hitters will offer class packages of which all sessions must be scheduled. This new type of model lends to a greater success rate in terms of fitness results. Men train with men, women train with women, and kids train with kids within their age bracket. The new slogan “Boxing with a touch of class” truly summarizes the new mission of the boxing gym.
The grand opening will be on two dates: Saturday December 3 from 12pm – 4pm and Sunday December 4 from 12pm – 4pm. There will be open sessions and demonstrations throughout the two day event. All are welcome.
