Marcia Guberman brings commercial banking background to EDA Board

Milford, PA – Pike County Economic Development Authority is pleased to announce that the Pike County Board of Commissioners recently appointed Marcia Guberman to its Board of Directors.  Guberman is a commercial lender with The Dime Bank and has extensive experience working with economic development groups from other areas prior to moving to Pike County.  Additionally, her background includes being a business consultant and an entrepreneur.  Guberman was responsible for coordinating the Be Entrepreneurial Program in conjunction with the Pike County Public Library earlier this year which introduced critical concepts for successfully launching a business to participants.

EDA Deputy Director Rachel Hendricks welcomed the appointment, saying, “The EDA is very excited to have Marcia Guberman join our Board.  She has an extensive background in supporting entrepreneurship which coupled with her commercial banking experience, makes her a valuable addition to the Board.”
