Pocono Mountains, Pa. – The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB) is proud to announce its new partnership with Masterminds and MayoSeitz Media to develop and implement a results-oriented strategy and guide the creation and execution of a successful marketing program for Pocono Mountains tourism.

In 2007, the PMVB launched a comprehensive branding campaign to communicate to prospective visitors that “It’s Time for the Pocono Mountains.” It’s now time to take that a step further.

“This new partnership will continue to distinguish the region as a leading vacation locale in the increasingly competitive travel arena,” said Carl Wilgus, chief executive officer and president of the PMVB.  “We’re excited about bringing in new perspective, new ideas.”

Masterminds’ experience, reputation in the industry, as well as knowledge of the region made them the ideal choice to handle the advertising and creative concepts in marketing the Pocono Mountains as the destination of choice for its target markets. In a world of dynamic and fast-changing media, media planning and buying continues to be critical. MayoSeitz Media will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess the optimal media mix for the Pocono Mountains. Their approach leverages industry experience, relationships and unique strategies to deliver value and results that are second to none.

“Both Masterminds and Mayoseitz demonstrated the ability to become strategic partners and get the results we want to bring visitors to the Pocono Mountains,” said PMVB’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales, David West.
