Only 10 franchises from the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates (WREA) network earn this honor each year.
The announcement was made at the recent Weichert Homecoming, putting the Tannersville agency’s Owner/President Charles Marzzacco and Broker/Vice President Michelle Cappabianca in the PR spotlight—for the second time. The office was a 2005 honoree. In a departure from tradition, said WREA Public Relations Director Marty Morgan, the company presented the awards to four affiliates who have earned the PR honor in the past.” Morgan referred to the Tannersville office and three others as “Consistency Champs” because “they never stop thinking about promoting the company and the brand, and seize every opportunity to keep the name in front of the public.”
A silver flour scoop from the Charleston Historical Society’s antique reproduction collection was presented to the office, along with a certificate that reads: “The WREA Public Relations Silver Scoop Award is presented to WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Acclaim — for embracing the fact that communication is the key and that ‘the scoop’ defines what’s newsworthy.”
