Lisa Sanderson (on left) and Lennea Aurilia (on right) have joined Stroudsburg-based Real Living Ritter & Co. Real Estate as its newest agents serving buyers and sellers of real estate. Sanderson is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry and is president of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors, and the Penn Estates Property Owners’ Association located in Stroud Township. Lennea Aurilia, originally licensed in New Jersey and a former client of Sanderson’s, is a Green Certified Real Estate Professional holding the Green Leadership Certification. She also holds the SFR designation for real estate agent specialists in short sales and foreclosures.
