Honesdale, PA – Wayne Memorial Hospital officially opened its new Forest City Outpatient Center on Monday, April 23rd. The center, located adjacent to Dr. David Tomazic’s office at 632 Main Street, currently offers Laboratory Services’ blood draws from 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
