Specifically, a $415,000 home in the heart of historic Milford Boro listed by the Weichert ® agent on September 24, was put into pending status in only 35 days and closed 41 days later. “This is amazing,” Ruffino said, “but not for Anne Marie,” who works to prove that a home in the hands of a knowledgeable and hard-working professional is not going to sit on the market for an unreasonable length of time. In February, Bartlett was acknowledged for a 35-day beginning-to-end home sales feat.
