Paulette Smith, Leslie VanHorn and Lorrie Nothstein have recently joined Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC, at the new office opening shortly in Brodheadsville. The company also has offices in Mt. Pocono and Stroudsburg.
Paulette Smith earned her real estate license in 2004 and she is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) which is a credential earned through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors (PMAR). She specializes in buying and selling properties in the Monroe and Carbon county areas as well as Towamensing Trails, an Albrightsville-based community with a private lake and beach. Smith serves on the Board of Directors of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors and is chair of PMAR’s Web Site Committee and a member of the MLS Committee.
Leslie Van Horn became interested in the real estate profession during her time as a nurse working with Alzheimer’s patients and earned her real estate license in 2004. Her specialty areas include helping buyers and sellers in the Brodheadsville area and the Slate Belt area of Northampton County.
Lorrie Nothstein is a life-long resident of Monroe County and is familiar with the Poconos and surrounding areas of Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2004, she worked as a public servant in Polk Township as a tax collector and was also a sales representative for a major waste removal company.
