(Stroudsburg) – Voting by the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce members is now underway for the 8th Annual Bizzy Awards. Ballots are available online atwww.BizzyAwards.com or by calling the chamber at 570-421-4433. Voting deadline is August 30th.
This year’s Bizzy Awards Dinner & TV Broadcast will be held at the Chateau Resort & Conference Center on Thursday, September 12th.
Tickets for the event are on sale now through the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce, and the remainder will be available on a first come, first served basis.
The Bizzy Awards is a fundraising event with proceeds going the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce. Tickets for the Bizzy Awards dinner are $75 each or a table of 8 for $575. It is open to the public.
There are nominees in 12 categories, which include two new categories this year – Best Community Service and Best Social Networking Campaign. No one knows who wins these awards until the envelopes are opened on stage.
Red carpet cocktails start at 5:30PM and delicious dinner at 7:00PM. The awards telecast will start around 8:15PM.
The Bizzy Awards is a black tie-optional event with nearly 100 entries. Winners will be announced LIVE on-stage during the Bizzy Awards telecast.
