Leadership Pocono Class of 2012-2013 First Classroom Session

Stroudsburg, PA – The Leadership Pocono Class of 2013 will be having its second class Wednesday, November 14th at Geisinger Medical Center. The objectives of this second session are; to identify key components of strategic planning and implementation, understand the process to lead change, and practice and learn current terms associated with leadership skills including principles from Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.

Also at this session the class will be break into their 3 Community Project Groups to begin strategizing and working on the desired outcomes of their projects.
