For close to twenty years, the Pocono Builders Association has been presenting the Greater Pocono Home & Outdoor Living Show.   In an effort to increase the size of the show and offer vendors an expanded market, the show will take place at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Mt. Pocono.

This is the largest home show in the northeast region with 132 vendor booths!

If you are looking to retire in place and update your home, do a whole house remodel to accommodate a growing family, or build the custom home of your dreams, this the show is for you.  Featured are landscape displays, pools and spas, sun rooms, flooring and lighting suppliers, windows and doors heating and ventilation experts, and close to 30 builders, remodelers and tradesmen.  Bring your ideas, plans or blueprints and get expert advice on your projects.

Upon entering the show visitors will receive the home and outdoor living show guide, compliments of Happenings Magazine.  The Red Cross will be on hand to distribute consumer bags with emergency preparedness information.  Consumers can pick up the 2016 edition of the Pocono Builders Association’s membership directory and buyers guide.   This directory is a must-have compendium of qualified builders, remodelers, tradesmen and materials and building product suppliers.  The How to Hire a Reputable Contractor brochure will also be available.

The association’s own “Bob the Builder” will be on hand to greet the kids.  Parents are welcomed to take photos of Bob the Builder and their children to share in the excitement of the home and outdoor living show.
