Ink Tyme Design Co., at 201 Water Street in Milford, recently had its grand opening and ribbon cutting with the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. The new facility has state-of-the-art equipment for both body piercing and tattoos. Ink Tyme’s artists can also create custom portraits or designs. “We decided to open the tattoo shop because we have a real appreciation for the art of tattooing”, says new owners Tom and Donna Parker.
